T​he author returned from abroad after five years and was met by his grandmother at the station. She did not look a day older but still she had no time for words. He could hear her reciting her prayers as she clasped him in her arms. On the first day of his arrival, her happiest moments were with her sparrows who she fed longer and with frivolous rebukes.
