Villagers suffer with cholera more than urban people. give reasons

Cholera is transmitted by food and water. In villages people often defecate in open which is also a major cause for transmission of cholera bacteria in village. Flies sit on the fecal matter and spread cholera. Chances of water getting contaminated is also very high due to consumption of infected water as in village people do not use purifiers.
