What are SINUSOIDS?Where are they found in?

Dear student,
Sinusoids are circulatory channels with relatively low pressure that receive blood from end branches of the hepatic artery and portal vein at the ends of hepatic lobules and carry it into central veins in the liver.
Sinusoids are found in liver. Endothelial cells line the sinusoids and  they are flanked by plates of hepatocytes.

Regards.
