Banana and grapes are different kinds of fruits .In these fruits,the ovary becomes the fruit when ripened .these type of fruits are known as true roots. 
apple and pear are are one more kind of fruits. In these fruits , the base of the flower becomes the main fleshy part which we eat . The ovary remains behind as the central area containing seeds. These types of fruits are known as false fruits.
