what has to be done to safely dispose off items like the ones you listed in the hazardous coloumn?

there are two types of waste items...like biodegradable and non biodegradable...
biodegradables can be disposed off by mixing in soil(means they can be mixed with soil) so they easily gets disposed...
where as non biodegradables can be disposed with the process of combustion..or the three rs.....reduce recycle reuse...
