What is an atom really made up of?It is made up of neutrons,protons and electrons,but what is the material that makes up an atom.A cell wall is made up of cellulose but what is an atom made up of ?

Or is an atom figured ot with size(i.e.any thing the size of an atom is an atom.)??

We should always keep this in mind that all the substances are made up of atoms. Atom is made up of proton, electron and neutron. 
In case of living cells these atoms are combined to make up various molecules which are combined to form various organelles and ultimately cells. Cell is the basic unit of life and hence the basic unit of living things.
So, we can say that "All the matter is made up of atoms only, whether it is living or non-living.

Atoms are made out of tiny particles called Protons, Neutrons and Electrons. Protons carry a positive electrical charge, electrons carry a negative electrical charge and neutrons carry no electrical charge at all .i.e they are neutral. The protons and neutrons cluster together in the central part of the atom, called the nucleus, and the electrons 'orbit' the nucleus.
