What is balanced diet? Is it same for everyone?
 

Dear Student

The diet which contains adequate amount of all the nutrients namely carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals is called balanced diet. It also includes good amount of roughage and water. All these things are necessary for the proper growth and development of an individual.This is called balanced diet
A balanced diet might not be the same for everybody. Each individual have different requirements of different amounts and types of nutrients based on age and their health.
