what is impotence of judical independence

In a democracy it is essential that the judges and the judiciary are made independent from external pressures. In this way it can maintain impartiality in judgement and people will have faith that their cases or grievances will be decided in a fair manner in accordance with the law. This is so because if the judiciary will be free then the justice will also good. The criminals will get there punishment. But if the judiciary will be in anyones pressure then it will not able to give punishment to others. Then there will be so many crimes that will happen in our world. Then there will be no use of judiciary and its power.
