what is meant by the phrase "ship to mouth" economy and the phrase "silo to ship" economy? Answer fast as possible plzzzzzzzz :)

"ship to mouth" economy means that products come straight off the ship to the consumer.Relating to India it says that many things are imported to India as it has no productivity of its own.It is dependent on others for products.
"silo to ship" economy means that the products are now exported from the ship to other consumers.Relating to India it says that it became independent
as now products are produced and exported from India.
