Oviparous are the organisms which lay eggs and the development of zygote is outside the body of the parent, in the calcareous egg. Examples are reptiles, birds and amphibians.
Viviparous are the organisms which gives birth directly to living individual after developing the zygote inside the body.
Examples include humans and mammals, etc.
