What is terminated line and non-terminated line????

Terminated line is defined as a part of a line with definite end points. So it is a part of line with both ends terminating to fixed, well defined points.
A terminated line in Euclid's geometry is basically what we call a line segment now-a-days.
For example if A and B are two fixed points, then we can represent the terminated line AB as:

A non-terminated line can be defined as a part of line with no end points defined, so that it can be extended in both directions.
For example, the line CD, extending in both directions.

Line which have an ending point is known as terminated line.
