WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CIRCULAR AND ROTATIONAL MOTION??????????
In circular motion the action is not periodic,i.e.,the speed of object can be fast or slow, but in rotational motion the movement is periodic like repeated action with same time like in the pendulum.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CIRCULAR AND ROTATIONAL MOTION
CIRCULAR MOTION
{circular motion is associated with a centripetal force. Circular when the body moves around some other body}.For something to be ’circular motion,’ it just has to move in a circle. For example, a toy train on a circular track has circular motion. if you were to pick a single point on the edge of the wheel, you could also say that it has circular motion.
ROTATIONAL MOTION
Rotational motion is associated with torque. Rotation is always when a body moves on its own axis .In general, a toy train on a track does not have an axis that it’s rotating around, so it would not have rotational motion. A wheel on a car, however, rotates around the car’s axle, so it does have rotational motion.

Circular motion :- Motion along a circular path is called Circular motion. For example:- the children on a merry- go- round are in circular motion.
Rotational motion:- Motion about a fixed axis in which all parts of an object move different distances in a given interval of time is called rotational motion. For example:- the blades of a rotating fan move about a fixed axis and all the blades move different distances in a given interval of time.
