What is the difference between gram panchayat and gram sabha?

Gram panchayat group together to form panchayti samati or block or mandals and gram sabha are the adult members of village and gram sabha is legislative body that operates the village . Gram panchayat is temporary body but gram sabha is permanent one.
Objective of:
Gram panchayat:it is to develop the village and focus on welfare of village.
Gram sabha: help in implementing the developmental programmes and scheme on panchayat .
