What is the difference between subscription outstanding *for the year ended* on 31st march 2018 and *as on* 31st march 2018 ??

While calculating the subscription amount, there is no difference between "for the year ended" on 31st march 2018 and "as on" 31st march 2018. They both will have same meaning while calculating the outstanding subscription.
For the year ended, normally means that amount is related to the complete year.
While, as on means the amount on the particular date.
