We know that with increase in temperature the kinetic energy of particles(molecule) increase hence the particles tend to move apart from on another leading to increase in inter molecular distance. Hence with increase in temperature dissolution/ diffusion increases as more and more solid can be dissolved/ diffused in the water as inter molecular separation of water molecule increases.
So, with increase in temperature dissolution/ diffusion of coloured solid increases in water.
