1. buccal cavity
2. stomach
3. duodenum

1.buccal cavity is of acidic medium due to the presence of certain bacterias which convert the sugars in our mouth into small soluble pieces resulting in the production of acid.
2.Stomach is also of acidic medium due to the production of HCL for churning the food.
3.Duodenum is alkaline in medium due to the bile juice from the liver which adds itself in the absorption process.
