what is the percentage of water in inhaled and exhaled air
Dear student.
Inhaled air contains 0.02 - 0.04% water vapour.
Exhaled air contains 5.0 – 6.3% water vapour.
The difference is due to the reason that, inhaled air takes up moisture from the mucus present in our air cavity, as a result of which the concentration of water vapour increases in the exhaled air.
