What is uniform velocity? Is it same as uniform motion? Whats the difference between uniform velocity and uniform motion? Why is the formula of average velocity changed in such case?

Dear Student,
Uniform Velocity: Uniform velocity is a motion in which the acceleration of a body remains constant. In this type of motion body covers equal displacement in equal interval of time.
Uniform motion: If an object moving in a straight line covers equal distances in equal interval of time with constant speed and velocity it is called uniform motion.
No uniform velocity is not same as uniform motion.
When the object is moving in non-uniform motion, average velocity is
                             Average velocity = u+v/2
where u = initial velocity
v = final velocity
When the object is moving in uniform motion, the average velocity is same as average speed i.e
                   total distance covered/total time
