Economic growth of a non democratic regime is better than democracy
because:

Economic growth is an increase in a country's level of national
output which can be caused by an increase in the quality of
resources, improved means of technology etc
In a 
non democratic regime , the decision making is faster(single
or few people reach decisions faster) as compared to democracy
Hence, the dispensing of services is faster
In an economic growth, there is no accounting of other factors
of human developing index
Economic growth does not even take into account the size of
informal economy
