What type of gases are present in the statosphere, ionosphere etc

@Sabarish, Good effort. keep it up!
As we go higher in the atmosphere the layer of air becomes thinner and thinner.
Troposphere, the lowest layer of atmosphere contains over 75% of all the atmospheric gases, water and dust. Most of the clouds and weather change take place in this layer.
Stratosphere, it contains around 19% of the atmospheric gases and little water vapor. Ozone layer which protects us from the harmful UV-rays also present in this layer.
Mesosphere, it is the third layer of the earth’s atmosphere. The gases in it are too thin that it cannot absorb heat from sun rays. It is the coldest layer of the atmosphere. Meteors are burn in this layer.
Thermosphere is a very thin layer. The gases are even thinner in this layer. It absorbs the UV-rays from the sun. Ionosphere is a part of thermosphere. It contains electrically charged gas particles. It transmits the radio signals.
Exosphere, it is the outermost layer of the atmosphere. Gases get thinner and thinner in this layer.
Hope, this answer helps both of you
Best wishes!!

there is no specific gas as such.. . but regarding ionosphere is a part of the upper atmosphere, comprising portions of the mesosphere, thermosphere and exosphere, distinguished because it is ionized by solar radiation. It plays an important part in atmospheric electricity and forms the inner edge of the magnetosphere. It has practical importance because, among other functions, it influences radio propagation to distant places on the Earth.

and about stratosphere it contains half the gases present in ATMOSPHERE.

The stratosphere is the second major layer of Earth's atmosphere, just above the troposphere, and below the mesosphere.
