Radius of the orbit = 43000 km = 43000 x 1000 m
 Time taken for one revolution = 24 hours = 24 x 60 x 60 sec
Speed = ? 

Speed = distance/time = 2πr/ time  = ( 2 x 3.14 x 43000 x 1000) / (24x60x60)   = 3125.46 meter per second. or 3.1 kilometer per second.
