when we blow a candle goes off but why a chula or angiti burns on blowing ?

 because when we blow there is a supply of oxygen and fire burns more brightly.

 blowing supply oxygen so it burns 

but in case of candle whecomes under its in we blow it gnesious temprature and it goes out 

when we blow( exhale) on the candle we give out co2. the candle stops burning. but..

when we blow on chula (inhale) it starts burning.. we give out oxygen..

 hoe when we blowm there is always the  content of carbon dioxide so does the chula have eyes to see whether it oxygen or carbon dioxide to inhale its health ..****

coz candle has a small and low flame so it can be blown off easily by man power.whereas in a chulha it doesn't blow off coz the flame is very high and big and cannot be blown of with the help of manpower.

Because the air we blow out is not complete toblow out an angeethi

So, it keeps on burning.
