where simple past tenses and  past perfect tenses are used and what are there structures ? Please someone tell me the answer as fast as you can please guyz ..........

Simple past tense indicates the idea that an action was finished in the past. 

Structure: Subject+ II form of verb+ object

Example: The plane took off at 3 o'clock.

Past perfect tense indicates that an action completed before a certain moment in the past.

Structure: Subject+ had+ III form of verb+ object

Example: When I reached the airport, the plane had taken off.

The  Past Perfect expresses the idea that something occurred before another action in the past. It can also show that something happened before a specific time in the past.

STRUCTURE : Subject + had+ main verb (third form) + Object
