which enzymes take part in the conversion of milk into curd?

Milk is converted into curd by the help of bacteria called Lactobacillus. These bacteria convert lactose present in the milk into lactic acid. The lactic acid coagulates the milk protein casein and results in the formation of curd. The casein is present as caseinogen and needs to be coverted into casein. The enzyme renin is used to convert it into casein and thus help to convert milk into curd.
