Who was fa Xian? During whose reign did he came to India ? What did he write about India at that time ?

a. Chinese Visitor  Fa Xian wrote extensively about his experiences in India. He had visited India during time of the rule of Chandragupta II. 
b. He gave an account of caste system and the plight of the shudars, the untouchable
c. He mentioned in his writings, how Shudras were segregated and discriminated from the mainstream.
d. Fa Xian wrote an account that how a shudra himself had to carry a piece of wood in the market to segregate himself and ensuring that all the so call high did not touch him.
e. He rather gave all negative views about this system.
