why does one get hurt seriously while jumping on a hard floor ? plz help

according to the third law of motion, every reaction has an equal and opposite  reaction, therefore when the persons jumps on the floor and applies a force on it,(action) the floor obeying the law, applies an equal amount of force on his body(reaction) which might hurt him. notice that heavier the person, bigger is the magnitude of force.
