Why does the ruling party generally not accept the outcome of a rigged election? 5 points

It is not the ruling party but the voters who will not accept the outcome of a rigged election which is not free and fair. It rigging and other malpractices have taken place in an election, then the ruling party will always win as it is more powerful than the opposition.

But in case of India we have seen that the ruling party has routinely lose elections at both the national and state level. This indicates that elections in India are generally free and fair. Otherwise the ruling party would have always won. There is no question for the ruling party not to accept the outcome of a rigged election which will give them power and position.
