why does yuri called albert the worst liar?

Yuri was a very good friend of Albert and knew that he could not lie at all. He knew that is the latter tried, he would be caught. Therefore, he asked Albert not to fool the doctor or try to deceive him and thus be practical and honest to him about the reason to why he needed the certificate that would certify that he had a nervous breakdown.
