Why doesn't the sentence - (Tum ghar kab gayee . ) end with a Question Mark ?

actually unhone use vaha galath likha he, tum ghar jao maybe vahan sahi hoga

it ends with a question mark becuz the word kab has been there therefore kab,kahan,kyon,...etc are question words
