Why droplets of water are formed on the outer surface of a chilled soft drink bottle , and not on the outer surface of a soft drink bottle at room temperature ????????

When a chilled bottle of soft drink is placed outside in room temperature, the water droplets present in the air around the surface of the bottle condenses very fast due to the cold temperature and forms as droplets on the surface of the bottles. While this is not practical on normal soft drink of room temperature because there is no change in temperature a it is same.
