Why human temperature can not go below 35 degree and above 42 degree?

Dear Student,

Human temperature can not go below 35 degree and above 42 degree because any temperature above or below this range is abnormal. At the ideal temperature, all human body systems function with maximum efficiency with oxygen being supplied in ample amounts because CO2 levels are optimized.

Humans and other mammals are warm blooded organisms. The normal temperature is around 37 degree Celcius. All the processes in the boys happens efficiently  when the temperature is between 36.5 degree Celcius to 37.5. If it goes beyond or below, it is considered abnormal.
