WHY IS HEART MESODERMALLY DERIVED ORGAN? WHAT DOES MESODERMAL MEAN?

Mesoderm is one of the three primary germ layers in an embryo. It is the middle layer from which the connective tissue including the heart develops. Hence heart is called mesodermal in origin.
