actually democracy is meant for power sharing because if there is not power sharing it will become monarchy's rule..and one person will make rule and we have to follow that..and also it decreases the conflict b/w the social and other groups..

In a democratic country like India, people from different religions, languages, cultures etc., live together. If power sharing is not done then only the majority will get most of the services done by the government like in Sri Lanka. Power sharing is the very sprit of democracy. Power sharing in simple terms
