WITHIN PARTIES THE ELECTION DOESNOT CONTINUE TIMELY THE SMALL MEMBER OF A PARTY CAN NEVER BECAME A LEADER THIS ALL IS BECOZ THE PARTIES DONOT LET THE ELECTION IN A FAIR MANNER WITHIN THE PARTIES

1 Concentration of power is with one or few leaders at the top.

2 Parties donot keep membership registers and donot hold meetings or conduct internal elections regularly .

3 An ordinary member of a party does not come to know what is happening at the higher levels.

4 Since few leaders influence decisions within the party, those who disagree with them find it difficult to continue in the party .

E) TOP LEADERS HAVE UNANIMOUS POWER OF DECISION MAKING .

Lake of internal democracy is based on discriminatoin among junior political leader if a person is owner of any party they always do any work dont ask any leader they do work this is the lack of internal democracy
