when the moisture and dust particles present in the air come in the contact with the transparent glass of windows they get stick to it

I f not wiped the glass, it becomes hazy, because air contains some gases like CO2 and water vapours, dust particles etc. so these gases get stick to glass, making it hazy...

Air has some gases like water vapour and dust particles also in air every where. It comes to the contact of outdoor furnitures or things when not wiped of regularly. That's why the the glass window appears hazy.
