Will the bulb glow if electricity is passed through alkalis such as sodium hydroxide,calcium hydroxide,etc?What can we conclude from this?

blow but not as much as conc acid because in this it is a water soluble base were the amount of sodium hydroxide will become more and conc will slowly decreasing were ions are less amount is more so bulb will blow but dim or less than conc base  ...
