Sir
Through the esteemed columns of your daily newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards the conservation of energy.
There are various renewable and non-renewable sources of energy at the disposal of the human beings. But humans on the other hand are not careful about their use. People act in a negligent way and end up wasting such important sources. They should use these resources very carefully and judiciously. We must switch off the fans, lights and other electronic gadgets when not in use. Water must not be wasted by leaving the taps open, rather we must try to preserve water by the use of techniques like rain water harvesting, etc.
If all of us will follow such simple things in life, it will be easier for us to conserve energy. These sources take a lot of time to replenish and therefore must be used carefully. I request you to publish related articles in your newspaper so as to create an awareness amongst the masses.
