Spermatogonia is a undifferentiated male germ cell , which undergoes spermatogenesis to produce male gametes.

Leydig cells are also known as interstitial cells. These are stimulated by leutinising hormone of pituitary gland to secrete androgens like testosterone. Leydig cells are found adjacent to seminiferous tubules in testes.

Sertoli cells are present in seminiferous tubules of testis. These cells support developing germ cells and provide them with nutrition especially spermatids. Sertoli cells also secrete androgen binding protein that concentrates testosterone in the seminiferous tubules.
