2 minutes speech on elementary school classroom in the British slums,(I require help to write a speech that is not based on the poem, but based on elementary school classroom in the British slums).

Dear Student,
Here is the speech on elementary school classroom in a slum:-
Honorable Principal Sir, Respected ma'am and my dear friends. Today, in front of you I want to give my views on the elementary school classroom in British slum.
The elementary schools in British slums are very different from the rest of the schools in different countries. The schools located in British slum had no means and they didn't even received unconditional public support. The students in these schools did not induce a ‘desire to learn’, and families saw the classes on offer as irrelevant. The Ragged School Union began to establish ‘brigades’ for the male pupils in 1857. These extra-curricular groups provided certified jobs in street vending businesses or shoe shining jobs , with a proportion of the boys’ earnings being placed in a personal bank accounts. Despite hostility from the streets, the brigades were later approved by the Home Office and the Metropolitan Police. They saw them as encouraging discipline and work-skills among children who might otherwise enter in a life of crime. Until the end of the 19th century, schooling remained a mainly voluntary affair, but after the 1857 Industrial Schools Act, any Elementary School in British slum was prepared to be inspected by the Home Office. This provided boarding for children in exchange for Government grants. This had the power to compel children to attend lessons. In this way, we can say that the elementary schools in British slums faced various changes but the conditions were not improved so much.
I hope it is very helpful for you....
Regards
