Length of room is20 5m
Breadth of room is 15 5m
Area of PQRS=l*b
=20 5*15 5
=317 75m
Now, length of verandah =(4 75+20 5+4 75)=30m
Breadth of verandah =(4 75+15 5+4 75)=25m
Area of room and verandah =30*25m
=750m
Area of verandah =750-317 75
=434 25
