any organism respire through both aerobic and anaerobically at a time

You can observe both aerobic and anaerobic respiration in humans. For example during exercise, our muscles need more oxygen and carry out anaerobic respiration while aerobic respiration is also being carried out in the lungs.

we humans respire aerobically but doing streneous activities like running we need more oxyegen to produce energy. when the oxygen is not sufficient, anaerobic respiration occurs within our muscles. in this there is partial breakdown of glucose into lactic acid.the accumulation of lactic acid causes musle cramps.but when there is sufficient oxygen anaerobic respiration does not occur.only aerobic respiration occurs....
