Centrosome is absent in neurons so they can't grow right? Then how come cyton is mainly concerned with growth and maintanence of cell?

Cyton is the cell body of neuron containing nucleus and other organelles. It is still a matter of dispute between biologist that centrosome is actually present in cyton or not. However, one strong argument is that neurons do not divide so they do not have centrosome.
