• I took a picture of the waterlogging outside my house and posted a picture on my Twitter handle. I tagged the Chief Minister's office to highlight the poor drainage in my area.
• Within 15 minutes, municipality staff arrived at my house and cleared the drainage.
• After a few moments, I received a phone call from the Chief Minister's office to enquire if the problem of waterlogging had been resolved.
• Once I informed them that the problem was resolved, they requested me to wait for a few moments.
• I waited, and soon a familiar voice was talking on the phone from the other side.
• He asked me what could be done to resolve the problems of drainage in my area.
• I realised that it was the Chief Minister of Odisha, Sh. Naveen Pattnaik, who was asking me the question.
• I was awestruck.
• I expressed my gratitude to the Chief Minister for resolving the issue and gave him my suggestions.
• He thanked me.
• I was amazed at the humbleness and humility expressed by him.
• It was an unforgettable experience for me.
• Since that day, the problem of waterlogging has decreased drastically in my locality.
