Explain the formation of sucrose. ,maltose,and lactose

Sucrose is a disaccharide found naturally in plants. It is formed by combination of  glucose and fructose monosaccharide units which are linked via an ether bond between alpha-1 carbon of glucose and beta-2 carbon of fructose units. This linkage is known as  glycosidic linkage. Its formula is C12H22O11.

Maltose is a disaccharide made up of two glucose monomers. It is formed by the combination of two monosaccharides of glucose that are linked by the glocosidic bond. This bond is formed between two adjacent carbon atoms of glucose units by dehydration  (loss of water molecule). It formula is C12H22O11.​

Lactose is a disaccharide composed of two monomer units of D-Glucose and D Galactose. The first carbon of galactose unit combines with fourth carbon of glucose unit by β-1→4 glycosidic linkage.  These units combine with the removal of water. It formula is C12H22O11.
