Explain the Special Features of Akbar Administration.Please Give a Long answer

The special features 
of Akbar's Administration are as follows:-

a. Akbar established a centralized system of administration  with a strong mansabdari system in his empire.Akbar for instance had laid the foundation of a strong administration  taking different communities within its fold.
b. The Mansabdari system became the basis for defining the role of Mughal nobles. Mansabdar constituted the ruling class of the Mughal period which  consolidated the Mughal nobility and the military personnel into a composite class.
c. Their rank Rank and salary were determined by a numerical value called zat​. Nobles with a zat of 5,000 were ranked higher than those of 1,000.
The higher the zat, the more prestigious was the noble’s position in court and the larger his salary​.
d. Nobility was really powerful under the reign of Akbar as they commanded large armies and had access to large amount of revenue.
e.  Gradually, ​Nobles who were appointed as governors (subedars) exercised excessive control over administration and revenue. 
f.  The Nobility enjoyed extraordinary military,  political and economic influence over the Empire.
g. The Mansabdars also got jagirs, from where they collected revenue.
h. Akbar carefully evaluated the Jagirs.
i. Akbar established control over the administration and enjoyed absolute power and later took control of the financial administration.
j. He appointed officers for various departments who were answerable and accountable to him.
