How can we call a parallelogram a trapezium but a trapezium not a parallelogram? Plz answer as quickly as possible........

A trapezium is a quadrilateral with one pair of opposite sides parallel.

A parallelogram is a quadrilateral with two pairs of opposite sides parallel.

A parallelogram can be called a trapezium as a parallelogram has at least one pair of parallel sides whereas, a trapezium can be called a parallelogram as it does not have two pairs of parallel sides.

As u know that if a quadrilateral has to be a trapezium then it must have any 2 opposite sides ||.

And in a ||gm  the opposite sides are ||. thus considering any 2 sides || , we can say that a ||gm is a trapezium but a trapezium is not a ||gm.
