If our body has a mechanism to fight with the foreign bodies which enter our body through any channel,Then
i)Why do we get sick?
ii) Why do we have to take external medicine or say Vaccination?

(i) Falling sick is basically related to a weak immune system. Sickness can be caused due to multiple factors like change in weather, germs, contact with others who are sick etc. If the immune system is not strong enough to fight off the germs we will fall sick.
(ii) Vaccination is the process of immunising an individual against any particular disease by either introducing an antigen or a weak or killed organism into the body of that individual. Vaccines are nothing but either some specific molecules of the microorganism or the microorganism itself in weakened form. Only the microbe that causes the particular disease can be used to manufacture vaccine against that disease. For example, Non-infectious or weak form of bacteria that causes diphtheria can be used as a vaccine against diphtheria.
