ill planning often leads to disturbance in ecology

Faulty planning leads to ecological damage. If an infrastructure is built without taking into account the effect on the natural ecology, then ecological damage is inevitable. For example, in Bombay, a lot mangrove forests were destroyed to create space for expansion of the city. But the loss of the mangrove forest has led to increased incidence of flooding and waterlogging in the city.
