IS rolling friction more than sliding friction? true or false

No, rolling frications isn't more than sliding friction. Rolling friction is much smaller than the sliding friction. That is why, it is easier to move an object with wheels than sliding it without wheels, as there is too less friction between the wheels and the floor.

 Rolling friction is smaller as the area in contact is too less as compared to in that of sliding friction.
