Light is electromagnetic wave . Please explain this ... I am unable to understand this

Maxwell described light as a propagating wave of electric and magnetic fields. More generally, he predicted the existence of electromagnetic radiation: coupled electric and magnetic fields travelling as waves at a speed equal to the known speed of light.
Light can be described (modeled) as an electromagnetic wave. In this model, a changing electric field creates a changing magnetic field. This changing magnetic field then creates a changing electric field
